How do I find a suitable flights for my kite trip to Egypt?
There are many airlines company that travels to Egypt with direct flights.
Egyptair is the state-owned flag airline company that connect Egypt with international airports all around the world.
Being a tourist destination, airport such as Hurghada and Marsa Alam are served by low cost and charter companies too (easyjet, Wizzair, TUI, Neos, etc…).
To find the best flights you can cosult your state flag airlines or travel websites such as expedia.com, booking.com.
When do I have to pay my Kitesurfing holidays?
To confirm the booking you will be required to pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total.
The remain amount can be paid locally in cash (euros preferred!) or with bank transfer up to 20 days prior arrival.
What are the entry and visa requirements for Egypt?
Citizens from most countries around the world can obtain a single entry-30 days tourist visa directly at the arrival in Egyptian airports.The cost of the entry Visa is 25 USD.
A passport with 6 month validity and at least one blank page will be required.
For some countries it is possible to enter Egypt for touristic purpose with the national ID. In this case the authorities will require 2 pictures in orfer toissue the visa.
We suggest each traveller to consult latest update in metter of travels from your government and airline company.
Do you offer an airport transfer from the airport to Hurgharda harbour?
Our cruise package includes the ground transportationfrom/to Hurghada International Airport.
A transfer from different airport (Cairo Intl Airport, Marsa Alam,…) can bearrange with surcharge. Please contact our team to get a quotation.
Can I book my Kite luggage with Egypsy Kitesafari?
It is possible to include full gear rental for the kitetrip. If you include the “weekly gear rental” package while booking, during the week you will have included the use of our equipment, Duotone 2023/24/25(kites, boards). If you need an harness as well please contact our team.
Do I have to pay a cancellation fee?
Booked services might be cancelled in advance by reaching the Egypsy team through our contact channels.
The following conditions will be applied:
– For cancellation up to 60 days prior departure will be granted a voucher with the amount of the deposit paid to be used in another Egypsy event (kitesafari/kite camp)
– For cancellation with shorter notice than 60 days no refund of the deposit will be granted.
No refund will be applied in case a guest is not showing upi n time for boarding or at check-in to the selected accomodation. Egypsy will not refund the participant in case access to the country is deny to the participant due to missing of valid documentation(visa/passport control/COVID-19 travel regulations).
Can I book a private boat for my group?
It is possible to organize a private kitesafari.

Which is the closes international airport to Hurghada / El Gouna ?
Hurghada International Airport is a 10 minutes drive from Hurghada Marina and 25 minutes drive to El Gouna.
Other International airports that connects you to Hurghada/El Gouna are:
Marsa Alam (approx. 300 kms), Cairo (approx. 470 kms).
